WF SCHOOL Extra Patrol; DISTRICT Vehicle parked on wrong side of the road roughly 3 feet from the curb. Made contact with owner's roomate who informed vehicle had a dead battery. Assisted roomate with pushing vehicle closer to curb. nothing
