MILES AVE / E Parking; SCENE Vehicle has been parked on public 1ST ST roadway passed city ordinance hours. (24 hour period). Officer made contact with RO, RO stated he would move it the next morning. came on shift and responded to same vehicle, cited the RO for the vehicle still remaining in spot. Another approximate 24 hour period passed and vehicle is in same spot, request a tow. A-1 towing. NFA - had first contact with vehicle on 03022026, Ro made the statement to have vehicle moved by morning. Vehicle has been in spot approximately 21 days-
