MVA Non PIN & CUE plate matched with ro's number. Officer spoke Injury; with who stated he was in a rush with his family and could not find the owner of the vehicle he hit. He then left a napkin with his number. Parties connected via phone call and exchanged information. Officer confirmed, no report needed. nothing further; RP'S LINCOLN CAR WAS BACKED INTO IN THE PARKING LOT
