WHITEFISH 911 Hangup; LINE ENGAGED; DELAY ON CALL BACK DUE POLICE - NEW TO FM TRAFFIC; were looking for a place to stay for the night as they did not have any money. There were no CR units on and no shelters in the county were open for them to stay at. Officer gave the couple a $25 gift card to safeway so they could survive the night with there 3 month old baby.
