WISCONSIN RP HAS BELONGINGS AT HER EX'S Assist Citizen; AVE RESD; spoke with friend who stated that she would reach out ot RP for pickup drop off of belongings - should be noted that rp had number but was too scared to call her and did not feel safe talking to her - talked to rp about how she would need to be at least somewhat involved if she wanted her belongings back - 10-8; DOES NOT FEEL SAFE GOING TO GET THE BELONGINGS EVEN WITH A CIVIL STAND BY; PHN CALL; BLANCHARD
