Police Incident

Parking; E 1ST ST stated that they were not blocking for guest rather blocking 5 spaces in front of the building due to a crane arriving @0800 to lift furniture to the upper floor. i advised them they needed a permit through the city in order to block reserve parking. the manager went to the city, applied for a permit and it was granted. w06; KALISPELL
