Disturbance KALISPELL couldn’t recall.; While speaking with before Weapon; AVE talking with, demanded that firearms be taken away from him due to the assault from earlier today. I tried to explain to that we couldn't seize any firearms from the previous incident. also wanted removed from the residence over the issue. also claimed domestic assault, I tried to explain to that the crime was arrested for was not considered PFMA or domestic assault over their relationship as cousins however he was not willing to listen. Officer spoke with at length, has only requested to return for the evening but does not want him trespassed. He does not wish to leave, doesn’t usually stay inside the house. There are no security cameras in the area, I attempted phone contact with who did not answer, a voicemail was left for him to call back. This is unfounded and appears that is simply trying to get removed from the residence.
