Assault

A disturbance was reported near the [redacted home address] Initial reports indicated a male was threatening people with a firearm. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 52-year-old male was arrested on two counts of assault with a weapon. He was also charged with resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer. During the jail booking process, the male made threats to find and shoot officers upon his release, resulting in an additional charge of Threats/Improper Influence in Official or Political Matters.
