911 LUPFER 4 PRIORS ; KEY HOLDERS PENDING VM LEFT ; Made contact with a contractor for the building doing over Hangup; AVE night work. Talked with the property manager, he explained that the contractor was suppose to be there. Koch checked doors and exterior of building at request of contractor, building was code 4. nothing further - NO PREM # ; POA SW MOTION LOBBY MOTION ; REF # U52
